
As I wrote the title, I started wondering what people would imagine this post to be about. Am I getting wider, i.e., fatter? Did I start playing football?
Actually, I was referring to a swimming technique that ShirleyPerly told me about 6 months ago. She learned it from her swim instructor and found it helpful.
Well, I finally started trying this technique out, and......I think I'm going a little faster! I just did a few laps today as I was winding down on my workout, but I was happy to see the tiles going by faster than before!
So, this is exciting, as it's my first swimming revelation since last summer. Thanks ShirleyPerly for that suggestion! It's exciting to finally make a little bit of progress - keeps the motivation up!

Cool!! I think it's a much simpler stroke than what Total Immersion teaches but the main thing is I'm no longer getting motion sick rolling from side to side so much. Keep up the good work!
yeah I'm with Jeanne here - I think we need a demo video..
